Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship in the United States & Canada.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  Please be patient as we work to find cost-efficient ways for our international customers to recieve our products.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from USA.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 3 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

If you do not use PayPal or Venmo, you can pay without using either by continuing on as if you were going to pay using PayPal. On the second or third screen it will ask you if you want to continue payment without a PayPal account.  Click yes and you will be able to check out just using the card of your choice without using PayPal or Venmo.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons and sale events. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped within 48 hours after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping please contact us at contactpamspreps@gmail.com

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • your order number

  • the email address used to place the original order

  • clear photos of the affected item(s) and packaging

Due to food safety regulations, food items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once verified, we will gladly send one replacement per affected item, per order, at no additional cost.

Replacement items can only be shipped to the original shipping address used on the order. We are unable to send replacement items to a different address.

We do not issue refunds for items damaged during shipping, but we are committed to making it right by replacing the product so you can enjoy it as intended.
