Refund policy
Pam’s Preps, Cooking at Pam’s Place, and CAPP Media Corporation (collectively referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) have a strict no-refund, no-return policy. However, in limited and specific circumstances outlined below, a return request or replacement may be approved at our sole discretion.
7-Day Review Window
Customers (“you”) must notify us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date if there is an issue with your order. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are not guaranteed and may only be approved in rare circumstances.

If a return is approved, items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging as shipped.

Any product that has been opened for any reason is not eligible for return or refund.

We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet our criteria.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

Due to food safety regulations and certain state laws, returns and refunds on these items are strictly prohibited.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for carrier-related issues, including but not limited to:

Delivery delays

“Not Deliverable” or “No Known Address”

“Return to Sender”

Lost or misdelivered packages
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, please include:

The email address used to place the order

Clear photos of the affected item(s) and original packaging
Food items cannot be returned or exchanged due to food safety regulations.
Once the issue is verified:

We will provide one replacement per affected item, per order, at no additional cost.

Replacement items can only be shipped to the original shipping address.

We do not issue refunds for items damaged during shipping, but we will replace verified items so you can enjoy them as intended.

You will be notified by email once your request has been reviewed and approved or denied.
If a refund is approved, processing may take up to 14 business days, with additional time required by your financial institution. If you have not received an approved refund within 21 business days, please contact us.
