Refund And Return Policy
Shop Cooking At Pam's Place, Cooking at Pam's Place and CAPP Media Corporation, (hereinafter referred to as WE) do not accept returns nor issue refunds. However, and in certain circumstances a return may be accepted and a refund may be issued within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date by the shipper.
We have a 7 day return policy. This means the Customer, (hereinafter referred to as YOU) have 7 days after confirmed delivery of your item(s) to request a refund. All returns must be unopened and in its original packaging that it was shipped in. Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept ANY returns for ANY product that has been opened for any reason. We further reserve the right to deny any returns and/or refunds for any reason and at our sole discretion.
Once the product leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for delays in delivery including, but not limited to "Not deliverable", "Not Delivered", "Return To Sender", " No Known Address", "Package Lost".
Non-returnable Items include, but may not be limited to perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Due to some State laws we are unable to accept returns and/or issue refunds for any of these items.
