What You'll Need

  • 1 pound chicken wings, flats and drums
  • 1–2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons Pam's Prep All Purpose Universal Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste or 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon Gochujang Sauce or hot sauce of choice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • Dried parsley for garnish (optional)

How to Make It

  • In a large skillet, bring 2–3 inches of water to a rolling boil.
  • Add the chicken wings and return to a boil.
  • Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add Pam’s Prep Seasoning, paprika, garlic, Gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and tomato paste.
  • Stir well until the tomato paste is fully dissolved and the sauce is smooth.
  • Cover and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  • Uncover and let the liquid cook down until it thickens into a sticky BBQ glaze and wings become crispy.

Final Touch

  • Once the sauce is thick and wings are sticky, you can place them under the broiler for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  • Be sure to turn frequently and keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.
  • Sprinkle with parsley (optional) and enjoy hot!

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve with a side of slaw or roasted vegetables for a simple dinner.
  • Perfect for game day snacks, casual dinners, or any time you need quick comfort food.
  • Add some dipping sauce if you’re feeling extra saucy!
