Oven Baked Turkey Wings | Juicy, Flavorful, and Perfectly Seasoned

What You'll Need

  • 3–4 turkey wings
  • 1/2 small onion, sliced
  • 1/2 stalk celery, sliced in long strips
  • 1/4 green bell pepper, sliced in long strips
  • 8 tablespoons butter, softened (salted or unsalted)
  • 6 tablespoons Pam's Prep All Purpose Seasoning
  • 3–4 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

How to Make It

1. Prep the Ingredients:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
  • Wash and dry the turkey wings thoroughly.
  • In a large baking dish, layer the onions, celery, and green bell peppers.

2. Season the Wings:

  • Make a slit under the skin of each wing and insert 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Rub each wing with oil.
  • Sprinkle each wing generously with Pam's Prep All Purpose Seasoning on both sides.
  • Place the wings skin side up in the prepared baking dish.

3. Add the Broth & Bake:

  • Find an open space in the dish and pour the chicken broth into it, do not pour directly over the wings.
  • Bake at 400 degrees fahrenheit for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees fahrenheit.

4. Serve:

  • Remove from the oven and serve hot. ENJOY!

Note: Avoid pouring the broth over the wings. This prevents washing away the seasoning crust that forms while baking.
