Better-Than-Takeout  Stir-Fry Vegetables (Pam's 3-2-1 Glaze)

 

What You'll Need

 

  • 1 bag frozen stir-fry vegetables (or any frozen vegetables)
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or any high-heat oil)
  • 1 tablespoon Pam’s Prep Classic Seasoning
  • Sauce packet (if included) or homemade glaze (below)


Pantry Stir-Fry Glaze:

  • 3 parts soy sauce
  • 2 parts honey or brown sugar
  • 1 part vinegar

 

How to Make It

 

1. Make the Glaze:

  • Combine soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), and vinegar in a bowl.
  • Mix well and set aside.

 

2. Cook the Vegetables:

  • Heat a cast iron or heavy-bottom skillet over medium-high heat until very hot.
  • Add frozen vegetables directly from the freezer.
  • Stir constantly until all excess water evaporates.

  • Push vegetables to the edges of the pan.
  • Pour the glaze into the center and let it caramelize for about 30 seconds.
  • Stir everything together and cook for another minute.
  • Remove from skillet and serve warm. ENJOY!
