How to Make It

 

1. Melt the Fat & Butter:

  • Place a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the bacon fat and 2 tablespoons of the butter.
  • Allow everything to melt completely.

 

2. Cook the Corn:

  • Add the corn to the skillet.
  • Stir well to coat the corn in the bacon fat and butter.
  • Continue cooking and stirring occasionally until the corn begins to caramelize.

 

3. Season the Corn:

  • Add 1–2 tablespoons of your favorite Pam’s Prep Seasoning.
  • Stir well to evenly distribute the seasoning throughout the corn.
  • Continue cooking for an additional 2–3 minutes.

 

4. Finish the Dish:

  • Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the heavy cream.
  • Stir until the butter is fully melted and the cream is incorporated.
  • Cook for another minute until everything is heated through.
