This came out really good. Very juicey. It was tender at the 1 1/2 hour mark. So glad because I was tired of making fried chops.
1. When and how do we use the other half of the onions?
2. The total cook time is 2 1/2 hrs. Is that correct? Seems like a long long time.
Love your you tube channel and I have your seasoning blend and it’s awesome.
