No-Oven, No-Grill BBQ Ribs: Quick, Easy & Perfectly Tender!
What You'll Need
- 1 rack baby back ribs, membrane removed (or rib rack of choice)
- Avocado oil spray (or oil spray of choice)
- 1 cup homemade BBQ Sauce (or BBQ sauce of choice)
- 4–5 tablespoons Pam's Prep All Purpose Seasoning
How to Make It
1. Prep the Ribs:
- Cut the rack of ribs into 3 equal pieces.
- Rub Pam’s Prep All Purpose Seasoning on all sides of each piece.
- Place on a tray, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
2. Air Fry the Ribs:
- Remove ribs from the fridge and spray lightly on all sides with avocado oil spray.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C). Once preheated, line with parchment paper and lightly spray it with oil.
- Place one rib piece bone-side up in the air fryer and cook for 30 minutes, flipping after 15 minutes.
3. Add BBQ Sauce:
- Remove the rib from the air fryer and generously coat with BBQ sauce on all sides.
- Place it back in the air fryer and cook for another 3–4 minutes, until the sauce bubbles and edges are slightly charred.
- Repeat for remaining rib pieces.
Final Touch
- Serve hot, tender, and saucy. No grill or oven needed. Enjoy!
