What You'll Need
- 2 pounds ground beef, turkey, or chicken
- 1/4 cup beef tallow (or duck fat if using poultry)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
- 2–3 tablespoons Pam’s Prep Classic Seasoning
How to Make It
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
2. Mix the Meat:
- In a food processor, combine ground meat, mozzarella cheese, and Pam’s Prep Classic Seasoning.
- Pulse several times until fully incorporated.
3. Form the Meatballs:
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Using slightly wet hands, gently form the meat mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
4. Bake:
- Bake in a 425°F oven for 20 minutes or until fully cooked through. ENJOY!
Final Touch
- These meatballs pair perfectly with brown gravy, pasta sauce, marinara, Alfredo, BBQ sauce, sweet and sour sauce, or served as sliders on a bun.
