  • 2 pounds ground beef, turkey, or chicken
  • 1/4 cup beef tallow (or duck fat if using poultry)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2–3 tablespoons Pam’s Prep Classic Seasoning

 

How to Make It

 

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).

  • Using slightly wet hands, gently form the meat mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
