What You'll Need
- 1–2 pounds brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Pam's Preps No Salt Seasoning
How to Make It
1. Prep the Brussels Sprouts:
- Cut brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
2. Make the Glaze:
- In a small bowl, combine honey and balsamic vinegar.
- Mix well and set aside.
3. Cook the Brussels Sprouts:
- Heat olive oil in a large cast iron or heavy bottom skillet over medium high heat.
- Place the brussels sprouts cut side down in a single layer.
- Let cook undisturbed until they begin to char.
4. Season and Glaze:
- Turn brussels sprouts over and sprinkle generously with Pam's Prep No Salt Seasoning.
- Stir to combine and continue cooking for 2–3 more minutes until slightly charred.
- Pour half of the glaze over the sprouts and stir to coat evenly.
- Remove from the heat and transfer immediately to a serving dish.
- Pour the remaining glaze over the top and serve warm.
