How to Make It

 

1. Prep the Brussels Sprouts:

  • Cut brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.

 

2. Make the Glaze:

  • In a small bowl, combine honey and balsamic vinegar.
  • Mix well and set aside.

 

3. Cook the Brussels Sprouts:

  • Heat olive oil in a large cast iron or heavy bottom skillet over medium high heat.
  • Place the brussels sprouts cut side down in a single layer.
  • Let cook undisturbed until they begin to char.

 

4. Season and Glaze:

  • Turn brussels sprouts over and sprinkle generously with Pam's Prep No Salt Seasoning.
  • Stir to combine and continue cooking for 2–3 more minutes until slightly charred.
  • Pour half of the glaze over the sprouts and stir to coat evenly.
  • Remove from the heat and transfer immediately to a serving dish.
  • Pour the remaining glaze over the top and serve warm.
