15-Minute Flavorful Skillet Recipe

What You'll Need

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half horizontally
  • 3 tablespoons Pam's Prep No Salt Seasoning (or to taste)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

How to Make It

1. Season & Sear the Chicken:

  • Season chicken breasts generously with Pam’s Prep No Salt Seasoning.
  • Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a heavy-bottom skillet over high heat.
  • Dredge each chicken piece in flour, then place into the skillet to sear.
  • Cook until golden brown and nearly cooked through, about 5 minutes on the first side.
  • Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes on the second side.

2. Make the Sauce:

  • Push chicken to the edges of the skillet and reduce heat to low.
  • Add garlic to the center and sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter, letting it melt.
  • Stir in apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and honey.

3. Finish & Serve:

  • Continue cooking, basting chicken with the sauce, until the sauce thickens (about 2–3 minutes).
  • Transfer chicken to a serving plate, drizzle with sauce, and ENJOY!

Serve with rice, roasted veggies, or a side salad for a complete meal.

My picky hubs really liked it! Saved this recipe.
I needed to turn the heat down sooner so garlic didn’t burn… next time
