Quick & Delicious Roasted Garlic Cheese Bread (Great with Lasagna!)
What You'll Need
- 1 whole loaf of bread (my 2-ingredient bread)
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 2 cups Colby Jack cheese
- 2 whole garlic bulbs, roasted
- 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons Pam's Prep No Salt Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt, divided
How to Make It
1. Roast the Garlic:
- Place each garlic bulb on foil, drizzle with 1 teaspoon olive oil, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon Pam's Prep No Salt Seasoning.
- Wrap tightly in foil and roast in the air fryer at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Let cool before handling.
2. Toast the Bread:
- Slice the loaf into even pieces.
- Brush each slice with olive oil and bake at 400°F (204°C) for about 5 minutes.
3. Make the Cheese Spread:
- In a bowl, squeeze the garlic cloves out of their skins into the mayo.
- Add 1 tablespoon Pam's Prep No Salt Seasoning and mix well.
- Stir in the shredded Colby Jack cheese until fully combined.
4. Assemble & Broil:
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly on each slice of pre-toasted bread.
- Broil on low or bake at 450°F for about 5 minutes, just until the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm with lasagna or your favorite dish. ENJOY!
