Quick & Delicious Roasted Garlic Cheese Bread (Great with Lasagna!)

How to Make It

 

1. Roast the Garlic:

  • Place each garlic bulb on foil, drizzle with 1 teaspoon olive oil, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon Pam's Prep No Salt Seasoning.
  • Wrap tightly in foil and roast in the air fryer at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  • Let cool before handling.

 

2. Toast the Bread:

  • Slice the loaf into even pieces.
  • Brush each slice with olive oil and bake at 400°F (204°C) for about 5 minutes.

 

3. Make the Cheese Spread:

  • In a bowl, squeeze the garlic cloves out of their skins into the mayo.
  • Add 1 tablespoon Pam's Prep No Salt Seasoning and mix well.
  • Stir in the shredded Colby Jack cheese until fully combined.

 

4. Assemble & Broil:

  • Spread the cheese mixture evenly on each slice of pre-toasted bread.
  • Broil on low or bake at 450°F for about 5 minutes, just until the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
  • Let cool slightly and serve warm with lasagna or your favorite dish. ENJOY!
