- 2 tablespoons garlic paste or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
How to Make It

- In a medium bowl combine the flour and yogurt.
- Mix well until a very soft, loose, and sticky dough forms. Set aside.
2. Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
3. Form the Rolls:
- Place a small scoop of dough onto parchment paper.
- Add a piece of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Place another scoop of dough over the cheese and spread it evenly to completely seal the cheese inside.
- Repeat until all dough is used, placing the rolls so they lightly touch each other.
- Leave the very center of the parchment paper open so air can circulate.
4. Cook the Bread:
- Bake at 320°F for about 20 minutes.
- Increase the temperature to 350°F and cook until the tops reach your desired golden brown color.
- Work in batches if necessary.

- While the bread is baking, combine melted butter, olive oil, parsley, and garlic paste in a small bowl.
6. Finish & Serve:
- Remove the rolls from the air fryer and immediately brush with the garlic spread.
- Serve warm and ENJOY!
