Quick & Easy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread (Air Fryer)

What You'll Need

The Bread:

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt
  • 8–10 small square pieces mozzarella cheese

Garlic Spread:

  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons garlic paste or 1 teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make It

1. Make the Dough:

  • In a medium bowl combine the flour and yogurt.
  • Mix well until a very soft, loose, and sticky dough forms. Set aside.

2. Preheat the Air Fryer:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).

3. Form the Rolls:

  • Place a small scoop of dough onto parchment paper.
  • Add a piece of mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Place another scoop of dough over the cheese and spread it evenly to completely seal the cheese inside.
  • Repeat until all dough is used, placing the rolls so they lightly touch each other.
  • Leave the very center of the parchment paper open so air can circulate.

4. Cook the Bread:

  • Bake at 320°F for about 20 minutes.
  • Increase the temperature to 350°F and cook until the tops reach your desired golden brown color.
  • Work in batches if necessary.

5. Make the Garlic Spread:

  • While the bread is baking, combine melted butter, olive oil, parsley, and garlic paste in a small bowl.

6. Finish & Serve:

  • Remove the rolls from the air fryer and immediately brush with the garlic spread.
  • Serve warm and ENJOY!
