Main Ingredients:

  • 2–6 eggs (adjust quantity as desired)
  • 1 teaspoon ghee, olive oil, or spray oil
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (adjust as desired)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)


How to Make It

Step-by-Step Instructions:

 

Prepare the Dish and Air Fryer:
Spread ghee on an ovenproof glass dish, ensuring it is completely covered. With the oiled glass dish inside, preheat your air fryer to 350°F.

 

Beat the Eggs:
Beat the eggs until they are light and fluffy. Add cheddar cheese and continue beating until the mixture is slightly bubbly. If desired, add a pinch of salt and stir.

 

Cook in the Air Fryer:
Carefully pour the egg mixture into the preheated glass dish in your air fryer. Stir the eggs every 1–2 minutes, scraping down the sides of the dish. Continue cooking until the eggs reach your desired consistency.

 

Serve:
Remove the eggs from the dish, being cautious as the glass will be extremely hot. Plate and serve immediately.


Serving Suggestions

 

Top your eggs with:

  • A sprinkle of fresh herbs (like parsley or chives)
  • An extra pinch of shredded cheddar cheese

 

Serve with:
