How to Make It
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Prepare the Cauliflower Mixture:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine riced cauliflower, cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, thyme, oregano, basil, and Pam’s Prep All-Purpose Seasoning.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
First Bake:

Remove Excess Moisture:
- Place a colander inside a large mixing bowl and line it with paper towels.
- Transfer the baked cauliflower mixture to the colander and place another paper towel on top.
- Using a metal spatula, press down firmly to release any excess liquid from the cauliflower.
Shape & Second Bake:
- Line a pizza tray or baking dish with parchment paper.
- Transfer half of the cauliflower mixture onto the tray and shape it into a 10–12-inch pizza crust.
- Bake at 400°F for 10–15 minutes, until the crust is lightly golden brown.
- Flip the crust and bake for another 8–10 minutes.
Final Touch:
- Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite toppings.
