How to Make It

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Prepare the Cauliflower Mixture:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine riced cauliflower, cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, thyme, oregano, basil, and Pam’s Prep All-Purpose Seasoning.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

First Bake:

  • Line a baking sheet with foil and spread the cauliflower mixture in a single even layer.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, until the cauliflower just starts to turn golden brown.

Remove Excess Moisture:

  • Place a colander inside a large mixing bowl and line it with paper towels.
  • Transfer the baked cauliflower mixture to the colander and place another paper towel on top.
  • Using a metal spatula, press down firmly to release any excess liquid from the cauliflower.

Shape & Second Bake:

  • Line a pizza tray or baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Transfer half of the cauliflower mixture onto the tray and shape it into a 10–12-inch pizza crust.
  • Bake at 400°F for 10–15 minutes, until the crust is lightly golden brown.
  • Flip the crust and bake for another 8–10 minutes.

Final Touch:

  • Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite toppings.
  • Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
