How to Make It

 

1. Preheat:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C).

 

2. Prep the Salmon:

  • Rinse and pat dry the salmon filets.
  • Rub melted beef tallow over all sides.
  • Season the flesh side with Pam’s Prep Classic Seasoning.
  • Season the skin side with salt and black pepper only.

 

3. Air Fry:

  • Place salmon in the air fryer skin side up.
  • Cook for 8–10 minutes depending on size and thickness.
