What You'll Need
- Salmon filets
- 1 teaspoon Pam’s Prep Classic Seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Wagyu beef tallow, melted
How to Make It
1. Preheat:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
2. Prep the Salmon:
- Rinse and pat dry the salmon filets.
- Rub melted beef tallow over all sides.
- Season the flesh side with Pam’s Prep Classic Seasoning.
- Season the skin side with salt and black pepper only.
3. Air Fry:
- Place salmon in the air fryer skin side up.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes depending on size and thickness.
