How to Make It

- Cook rice using coconut milk and water as directed.
- Let it sit covered for 5 minutes.
- Spread rice on a tray to cool for 30 minutes.
- Heat macadamia (or MCT) oil in a hot skillet.
- Add rice, onion, and seasoning in a single layer.
- Press down firmly and cook until golden and crisp.
- Flip, press again, and cook 2–3 minutes more.
