Easy Homemade Chicken Cream
What You'll Need
- 4 tablespoons butter, salted or unsalted
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon white or black pepper
- Heavy cream
How to Make It
1. Make the Roux:
- Melt the butter in a large skillet.
- Add the flour and stir until creamy and well combined.
2. Season:
- Add the onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Stir well to combine.
3. Finish the Cream:
- Add the chicken broth and continue stirring for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the heavy cream and simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Store or Serve:
- Transfer to a glass jar or serve warm. ENJOY!

So I am using the gravy recipe, to make cream of whatever soup?
If using celery just use vegetable broth?
