Homemade Chicken Sausages (Juicy, Crispy & Easy!)

 

What You'll Need

 

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Pam’s Prep All-Purpose Seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or high-heat oil)

 

How to Make It

 

1. Create the Emulsion:

  • With slightly damp hands, shape the mixture into 4-inch sausage links or your preferred size.

 

3. Sear & Cook:

  • Heat a well-seasoned cast iron skillet over medium heat with a small amount of oil.
  • Place sausages in the skillet and cook, rolling frequently to brown evenly on all sides.
  • Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 160°F–165°F.
