Homemade Chicken Sausages (Juicy, Crispy & Easy!)
What You'll Need
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon Pam’s Prep All-Purpose Seasoning (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or high-heat oil)
How to Make It
1. Create the Emulsion:
- Place ground chicken into a food processor.
- Add Pam’s Prep All-Purpose Seasoning, smoked paprika, and cornstarch.
- Pulse until the mixture becomes smooth and tacky.
2. Form the Sausages:
- With slightly damp hands, shape the mixture into 4-inch sausage links or your preferred size.
3. Sear & Cook:
- Heat a well-seasoned cast iron skillet over medium heat with a small amount of oil.
- Place sausages in the skillet and cook, rolling frequently to brown evenly on all sides.
- Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 160°F–165°F.
