  • 1 cup purple (red) cabbage, thinly shredded
  • 3–4 green onions, diced
  • 1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning

For the Dressing:

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, shredded purple cabbage, diced green onions, sunflower seeds, and Everything Bagel Seasoning. Toss gently until everything is evenly distributed.

2. Whisk the Dressing

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, black garlic, Pam's Prep Classic Seasoning, and ground ginger until smooth and fully emulsified.

3. Combine & Toss

Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss thoroughly until every bite is evenly coated.

4. Serve

Enjoy immediately for maximum crunch, or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

Chef's Tip:

Unlike traditional leafy greens, cabbage stands up beautifully to dressing without becoming soggy. This salad keeps its signature crunch in the refrigerator, making it perfect for meal prep or bringing to gatherings.
