Quick & Easy Asian Style Cabbage and Beef Rice Bowl (1-Pan Meal)
What You'll Need
For the Sauce:
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Pam’s Prep Fiery Hot Seasoning
For the Stir Fry:
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 1 tablespoon Pam’s Prep All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Pam’s Prep Fiery Hot Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon green onion (optional garnish)
How to Make It
1. Make the Sauce:
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and set aside.
2. Cook the Meat:
- In a large cast iron skillet, cook the ground beef (or turkey) with Pam’s Prep All Purpose Seasoning.
- Cook until no longer pink and fully cooked through.
3. Add Veggies & Seasoning:
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in carrots, cabbage, Pam’s Prep Fiery Hot Seasoning, and the prepared sauce.
4. Cook the Rice:

5. Finish & Serve:
- Continue cooking the stir fry, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender to your liking.
- Serve hot over rice and garnish with green onions if desired.
Note: For extra sauce, double the sauce ingredients.
