What You'll Need
- 8 beef hot dogs
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons Pam’s Prep Fiery Hot All Purpose Seasoning
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
How to Make It
1. Prep the Hot Dogs:
- Cut each hot dog into 4 equal parts.
- In a large plastic bag, add the hot dog pieces, brown sugar, mustard, and Pam’s Prep Fiery Hot Seasoning.
- Seal the bag, pressing out as much air as possible, and mix well to coat.
- Let marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
2. Air Fry the Hot Dogs:
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Line the bottom of the air fryer with parchment paper and place in all the hot dog pieces.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
3. Glaze with BBQ Sauce:
- Remove the hot dogs from the air fryer and coat them thoroughly with BBQ sauce on all sides.
- Return to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until they’re glazed and slightly charred on the edges.
Final Touch
- Serve hot and saucy, perfect for lazy days! ENJOY!
Note: These can also be cooked on a grill or in the oven, just adjust the time as needed!
