Forget Brisket! Lazy Days Burnt Ends with Hot Dogs

What You'll Need

How to Make It

1. Prep the Hot Dogs:

  • Cut each hot dog into 4 equal parts.
  • In a large plastic bag, add the hot dog pieces, brown sugar, mustard, and Pam’s Prep Fiery Hot Seasoning.
  • Seal the bag, pressing out as much air as possible, and mix well to coat.
  • Let marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.

2. Air Fry the Hot Dogs:

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line the bottom of the air fryer with parchment paper and place in all the hot dog pieces.
  • Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.

3. Glaze with BBQ Sauce:

  • Remove the hot dogs from the air fryer and coat them thoroughly with BBQ sauce on all sides.
  • Return to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until they’re glazed and slightly charred on the edges.

Final Touch

  • Serve hot and saucy, perfect for lazy days! ENJOY!

Note: These can also be cooked on a grill or in the oven, just adjust the time as needed!
