Sweet & Savory Puff Pastry Pockets (Air Fryer)
VIDEO
What You'll Need
1 sheet puff pastry, cut into 6 rectangles
2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
4–6 ounces peach preserve or jam/preserve of choice
2 large eggs, scrambled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
1 tablespoon Pam's Preps All Purpose Seasoning
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
2 tablespoons cooked and diced ham (optional, or protein of choice)
How to Make It
1. Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Unroll puff pastry and cut into 6 rectangles.
2. Assemble the Sweet Pastry:
Place 1–2 tablespoons of preserves in the center of 3 puff pastry rectangles.
Brush heavy cream on two of the corners, fold them over to the middle, and press to seal.
Brush the tops of each pastry with heavy cream before cooking.
Air fry until golden brown, about 8–10 minutes. Do not overcrowd the air fryer.
3. Prepare the Savory Filling:
While the sweet pastries are cooking, scramble the eggs with ham, cheese, green onions, and Pam’s Preps All Purpose Seasoning.
Reserve 1 tablespoon of cheese for topping.
4. Assemble the Savory Pastry:
Repeat steps for the sweet pastry using the scrambled egg mixture as filling.
Top each one with the reserved cheese.
Air fry until golden brown and the filling is set, about 8–10 minutes.
Final Touch
Let pastries cool for 2–3 minutes before serving to let the filling set. ENJOY!

You can use this for a lot of different things. A little plain spaghetti sauce with oregano, pepperoni, and a little motzarela; and you have a pizza pocket.
