Sweet & Savory Puff Pastry Pockets (Air Fryer)
What You'll Need
- 1 sheet puff pastry, cut into 6 rectangles
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
- 4–6 ounces peach preserve or jam/preserve of choice
- 2 large eggs, scrambled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
- 1 tablespoon Pam's Preps All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons cooked and diced ham (optional, or protein of choice)
How to Make It
1. Preheat & Prepare:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll puff pastry and cut into 6 rectangles.
2. Assemble the Sweet Pastry:
- Place 1–2 tablespoons of preserves in the center of 3 puff pastry rectangles.
- Brush heavy cream on two of the corners, fold them over to the middle, and press to seal.
- Brush the tops of each pastry with heavy cream before cooking.
- Air fry until golden brown, about 8–10 minutes. Do not overcrowd the air fryer.
3. Prepare the Savory Filling:
- While the sweet pastries are cooking, scramble the eggs with ham, cheese, green onions, and Pam’s Preps All Purpose Seasoning.
- Reserve 1 tablespoon of cheese for topping.
4. Assemble the Savory Pastry:
- Repeat steps for the sweet pastry using the scrambled egg mixture as filling.
- Top each one with the reserved cheese.
- Air fry until golden brown and the filling is set, about 8–10 minutes.
Final Touch
- Let pastries cool for 2–3 minutes before serving to let the filling set. ENJOY!

You can use this for a lot of different things. A little plain spaghetti sauce with oregano, pepperoni, and a little motzarela; and you have a pizza pocket.
