Easy Crispy Skillet Potatoes and Peppers
What You'll Need
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell peppers, chopped
- 3 tablespoons Pam's Prep All Purpose Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Macadamia Nut Oil
How to Make It
1. Heat the Skillet
- In a large cast iron skillet, heat macadamia nut oil over medium-high heat until very hot but not smoking.
2. Cook the Potatoes
- Add the diced potatoes in a single layer.
- Sprinkle with Pam's Prep All Purpose Seasoning.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until they start to brown slightly.
3. Add the Peppers and Onions
- Flip the potatoes and stir.
- Add the chopped peppers and onions.
- Stir to combine and press everything into a single layer again.
- Cook another 2–3 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
4. Steam and Rest
- Wet a lid with water, then place it loosely over the skillet.
- Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes to steam.
5. Serve and Enjoy
- Remove from the skillet and serve while hot and crispy!
Final Touch
- Serve them as a hearty side dish for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
- Perfect alongside eggs, grilled chicken, or on their own!

Don’t want to buy special pre made seasoning as I have a cabinet full of seasonings. It is useless for me to watch cooking videos that don’t tell what seasoning to use instead of the expensive mixes. Show me what to do instead.
