How to Make It

1. Prep the Cauliflower Base:
- Ensure your cauliflower rice is completely dry.
- If using fresh or thawed frozen cauliflower rice, press it firmly between layers of paper towels to remove all excess moisture.
- This step is the key to preventing mushy fried rice.

2. The High-Heat Sear:
- Heat a large non-stick skillet or cast-iron pan over high heat.
- Drizzle in the garlic olive oil.
- Once the oil is hot and shimmering, spread the cauliflower rice into an even layer.
- Allow it to sit undisturbed for 60 seconds to develop golden, slightly charred edges.
- Toss and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.

- Add the diced onion, grated carrots, ground ginger, ground fennel, Pamās Prep No Salt Seasoning, and garlic powder.
