- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
How to Make It
1. Combine the Ingredients:
- Add all ingredients to a large glass mixing bowl.
- Mix well by hand until everything is fully combined.
2. Chill Before Serving:
- Transfer the kimchi to a glass jar.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- ENJOY!
Note: Kimchi should always be stored in glass jars because glass is non porous and will not react with fermented foods. It is also best to mix kimchi in a glass bowl whenever possible.
